Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders within 7 days of receiving payment. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Standard delivery is £4.99 on every order. Express delivery is not offered. Carrier delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Standard international delivery is £10 to the EU and the other destinations available at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs. The £10 charge covers shipping; import duties or local taxes may apply separately.

The available destinations and final shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Unless we expressly agree a different delivery period with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days. Goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession.
