Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the Tufffinds website, purchases of physical goods from Tufffinds and our personal shopping, sourcing and styling services. The product-order sections apply when we sell goods to you; the service section explains separately agreed services. Product descriptions, available colours, sizes and prices are shown before checkout. Images are illustrative and screen colours may differ slightly. Prices are in GBP; the final total, including any applicable taxes and delivery charge, is displayed at checkout. Please check your delivery address and order details before paying.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated order receipt acknowledges your order; we accept it when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply an item, we will notify you and refund any payment for it. If we identify a pricing or description error, we will contact you before proceeding and offer you the choice of confirming the corrected order or cancelling for a refund.

Payment is taken using the methods available at checkout. We dispatch within 7 days of receiving payment. Carrier delivery time is additional and depends on the service selected. Delivery rates and arrangements are in our Shipping Policy. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days. Goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession.

Online customers may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains the process, return postage and refunds, and includes an optional cancellation form. Returns go to Tufffinds Ltd, 3 Lucas Avenue, Harrow, England, HA2 9UH, United Kingdom. Your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods are unaffected.

For services arranged directly, we confirm the scope, price, any fee or deposit, expected timing, and cancellation arrangements before you agree or pay. Availability and indicative sourcing timelines are not guaranteed until confirmed. We explain whether we are selling goods to you ourselves or acting as an agent arranging a purchase from an identified third-party seller, and identify any applicable third-party terms before you commit.

UK consumers who enter a service contract at a distance normally have 14 days after the contract is made to cancel. If you expressly request that we start during that period, we may charge a proportionate amount for work supplied before cancellation where the legal requirements have been met. The right to cancel a fully performed service is lost only where performance began with your express consent and acknowledgement that the right would be lost on full performance.

Sourcing an existing item specifically for you does not by itself make the goods personalised or remove statutory cancellation rights. Where we sell goods to you, our Returns and Refunds Policy applies, including any lawful exception explained before purchase. Goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation, but rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain. No quote, service term or third-party arrangement removes rights that the law gives you.

You must use the website lawfully and must not attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Website text, images, branding and design are owned by or licensed to Tufffinds. You may not reproduce them without permission except as permitted by law.

We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy to process orders, provide customer support and operate the store.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers also retain the mandatory protections and right to bring proceedings in the courts of their UK country of residence. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
